Vintage black pleated midi with red paisley pattern, fastens with two buttons on the side of the waist. Unsure of fabric as no care label, but it is thicker than viscose and soft to touch, has a good weight so the skirt hangs beautifully. Waist 13 inches laid flat, suitable for 26" waist. Length 30 inches In excellent condition
